Dining facilities are open from 6:30am until 10pm to accommodate varied schedules and appetites. Our Paradise bar hosts a selection of beers, wines and spirits to complement your menu selections.
Diners select continental favourites and local delights from Chief Chef Duri's menu and discover his considerable talent. His culinary career began with formal training at the Fiji Institute of Technology and was followed by more than 10 years of service in one Fiji's finest resorts, the Hyatt Regency. In 1997 Chef Duri came to the Paradise; to the delight of our guests, and he shows no intention of going away!
